We stand by the quality of our gear, but if your armor doesn't fit or meet your standards, you have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. All items must be in their original, unworn condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Claim

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our longhouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
